Personally Fit Performance
Personally Fit Performance (PFP) is Longview’s only facility specifically designed for the athlete. PFP sport camps are just what you need if you are looking to have explosive strength, speed, improved reaction speed, quickness, and agility. Athletes will learn how to maximize their speed, agility, and quickness in four to six short weeks. We provide sport specific classes for soccer, football, baseball, basketball, and volleyball. We also have classes for any athlete just wanting to improve overall athletic performance.
Personally Fit Performance is unique in the Longview area in its approach to providing results to its athletes. We provide complete programs that will improve all facets of an athlete’s performance. At PFP athletes will be guaranteed:
- Class sizes never larger than 10 athletes
- Uninterrupted personalized attention for the athletes
