I began working with a trainer at Personally Fit twice a week in October of 2007.  When I heard about Adventure Boot Camp I was excited because I wasn’t finding the time to do the cardio my trainer wanted me to do in addition to my training sessions.  Even though there are alternate times available, the 5:30 AM class is perfect for me because if I don’t get it done early, it will never get done.  I’ve been hooked ever since I attended the first boot camp in June of 2008.  I’m afraid to miss a camp because I know I’ll miss something new since Chris has a different workout for us everyday. I love the atmosphere at Personally Fit and all the trainers, especially my trainer, Chris Hill.  I also enjoy meeting and making new friends with the ladies at boot camp. Another great benefit is receiving the nutrition information that Chris has for the clients of Personally Fit and Adventure Boot Camp. I feel that he has done the research and only recommends products he knows are the best. I feel my physical and mental health has greatly improved over the last 2 ½ years because of the guidance I have received from Chris.  I wish I would have done this for myself many years ago, but I am glad I am able to reap the benefits now.

What Is Tribal Fitness?


A group training program that will help you achieve and even exceed your fitness goals. Our classes are led by Certified Personal Trainers who will teach and motivate in a communal environment. Our workouts are constantly varied to keep you from plateauing, and each workout has three levels. There is a beginner, intermediate, and advanced workout all in the same class. If you have been inactive, starting from scratch or looking to put in the finishing touches on a lean physique, you will find Tribal Fitness is for you.


Who Is Tribal Fitness For? 


Anyone who is looking for physical betterment. With our fitness community and all the tools you receive you have no choice but to improve. Each new participant will be taken through a movement screening process to make sure they are able to perform the activities in Tribe Class.


What Type Of Results Can I Expect From Tribal Fitness?


With our metabolic conditioning workouts you will achieve a leaner, more tone, and more fit look. If you put all the tools to use you will be given in the tribe you can begin to see results within the first week! If you are willing to put in the work and effort your body will have no choice but to change physically.

Frequently Asked Questions About PF Tribal Fitness.. 


I am out of shape, is this program for me? Absolutely! You can go at your own pace. There are three levels in each class. We will assist you with our movement screening to recommend which workout you will need to start with. The best part of PF Tribe is the encouraging. Motivating atmosphere and the support you receive to improve. If you put forth the effort, we meet you half way to ensure your results are achieved.


I have some joint issues, can I still do this class? Most of our members have some type of joint issue. The great thing about expert staff is their ability to modify movements and place you at a level you to be performing at. Our goal is to protect your joints, & work your muscles. We use mostly bodyweight, dumbbells, kettle bells, suspension training and other modalities for improvement.


I am a runner, how can tribe benefit me? Most runners make the same mistakes.. They neglect strength training which leads to overuse injuries and muscle imbalances. Strength training will not only help you run fast but it will increase your metabolism and give you a toned/ defined body that running alone cant accomplish.


How many workouts per week do you recommend? There are many factors that go into this recommendation, but most beginners start with 2-3x per week and after two months we recommend bumping it up to 4x per week. As you learn how your body recovers the goal is to consistently perform the tribe workouts 5 to 6 times per week.


I can not afford one on one personal training, how does Tribe compare to that?  If you join a gym for $40 per month the likelihood of success is less than 5%. Having a community of expert coaches, friends, and accountability, your success will skyrocket. We are not the cheapest and frankly find that those looking for the cheapest place to workout rarely find results. Our prices are much less than working out one on one with one of our trainers.
