I enjoy coming each week knowing that Lindsey, my trainer, as well as the rest of the staff, are cheering me on and want me to be successful. Lindsey listens and acts in my well-being, so I leave having had a good workout that doesn’t make my muscles sore all week.

The gym has lots of light and is kept very clean with fresh cold water and nice towels provided. I love the little gifts Chris gives out. The smiling, encouraging faces of Chris and the staff provide a warm, family environment.  Thanks for my first 4 weeks and I’m looking forward to the next weeks and more successes in my lifestyle changes.

Our family was planning a vacation to the Grand Canyon and I wanted to really enjoy the trip with my adult children. There was going to a be a lot of walking and I didn’t want to be slowing

everyone down. I’ve been working out with Williams for about 6 weeks.

I have increased flexibility and eliminated my shortness of breath when working outside and going for walks or jogs. My clothes fit better, and  I lost 20lbs. by my first check-in, which was after my 4th week of working out with William and following the nutritious diet plan suggested by Personally Fit.

m, but rather a stress to be personally fit in every way. William is always asking how my diet has been. He reviews my meal plans and gives suggestions.

I feel that William, my trainer, takes a personal interest in my well-being. I was doing my cardio exercises one day and working up a sweat, and he came over to see how I was doing and give suggestions even though I wasn’t training with him that day, and he didn’t have to do that.
