"A year ago I was leading a far different life than I am today. My days consisted of a few short spurts of activity interspersed with long sedentary periods. When I joined Chris Hill’s Personally Fit, my habits gradually changed. I started working out with Kevin Buchanek my personal trainer, and physical activity became a new priority. Kevin has challenged me to surpass my expectations and sees to it that I apply myself seriously to meeting the goals we have set. Today, a year later, my endurance has improved and my mood has equalized. I’ve gained an overall feeling of well-being. My quest for physical fitness has taken me out of my easy chair and into a more active life. Best of all, I feel better knowing that I’m doing the right thing."
