William Barnes graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise & Sports Science with a minor in Health & Wellness in 2000. Next, he graduated from East Texas A&M University with a Master of Science degree in Health, Kinesiology and Sports Studies in 2002. Since 2002 he has been a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. In 2004, he became a Certified Fitness Nutritionist from the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association.

As a personal trainer specializing in longevity-focused fitness, he helps clients move better, feel stronger, and live fitter lives at every stage. With extensive experience guiding individuals through pre- and post-joint replacement recovery, he designs personalized programs that build muscle, strength, stability, mobility, and long-term resilience.
