What Is Small Group Fit?
This is where you receive the benefits of personal training with either 3 or 4 people in a small group. This allows you to work on your individual fitness goals at a fraction of the cost of the one-on-one personal training.
What can you expect from Small Group Fit?
Each session will be 50 minutes to 60 minutes dedicated to you and your goals. You will have a certified personal trainer with you the entire session directing you in what to do and how to do it correctly. Each member, when joining our program will receive a copy of our nutrition manual, Keep It Simple Silly. Implementing the strategies in this manual will greatly enhance your individual results. Your trainer will strongly encourage you to work on improving your nutrition in order to transform your body.
What if I cannot keep up with my group or they are in much better shape than me?
Each individual will have their own strengths and weaknesses. Our staff is great at modifications for most movements and when there is a small gap in between fitness levels within the group. If the difference is too large within the group or you are dealing with injuries that don’t allow you to perform many of the movements your entire group can perform, we will recommend you go to another group or look into some one-on-one sessions.
What happens if I am unable to attend a session but my group works out?
With Small Group Fit, all 3 or 4 participants pay for their spot whether they attend or not. If your entire group is going to be out and gives your trainer a 24 hour notice, there is no charge for that session. If one member of the group trains, then the entire group will be responsible for paying for that session .
What if I drop out of my group before they complete their initial package?
You can pay the difference to complete your package, find a replacement to pick up your payments and join the group, or your group’s session rate will increase in order to compensate for your departure until the package is complete.
