Stoney Thomas

In the past three months, Stoney has worked really hard to improve his strength and lose body fat. He has been able to do just that!  He’s lost 7lbs. of fat, and gained 10lbs. of muscle.  He has also decreased his body fat percentage by 3%.

He trains with Danielle Cargil two times per week at the Sandlot location.
