When Clay started working out at PF in February 2023, he was looking for fun, challenging & original workouts. His trainer, Jake Kraus has worked to meet this challenge & has incorporated balance into all exercises(mostly using a BOSU ball).
Clay is working hard on keeping his blood pressure & diabetes in check. Since working with Jake, his core has gotten much stronger & recently Jake was able to add weight training to his program. This has helped him to maintain healthy levels.
