Since March 2019, Leah has decreased her body fat by 7%, released 13 lbs. of fat, and has increased her muscle mass by 11.5 lbs. Her trainer, Tracy Graham, says that she has shown dedication to her workouts by never missing her sessions, doing her cardio outside the gym and completing her nutrition logs.
Leah has noticed improvements in her strength and tone as well.
Leah says,”My workouts are more productive because I have increased energy. I am also sleeping better now.”
