When Tina started working with trainer, Chris Hillhouse back in March 2018, she had a starting weight of 111 lbs. and her body fat was 18.0%.
In Sept.,2019, her weight was 108 and her body fat was 12.3%! She has lost 5.3 lbs. of fat and gained 7.2 lbs. of muscle!
Hillhouse says that proper nutrition and hard work have changed Tina’s body and given her these results.
