Tim  has been training with Tracy Graham at Personally Fit since March 2019. During COVID, Tim was dedicated enough to train outside his home in his yard with Tracy! 

In the last 7 weeks, he has made and effort to step up his Tribal Fitness Bootcamp sessions along with a focus of lifting heavier during his 1-on-1 training with Tracy.  As a result, Tim has decreased his body fat by 3.2%, losing 7 lbs. of fat and gaining 6.5 lbs. of muscle!
