School is in session at PF! Retired teacher Kay Ray is ringing in the New Year by losing 2% body fat since November. That’s not all-Kay has made all of her sessions, lost 24 lbs., and rocked the fitness challenge. She has also perfected her nutrition by replacing sugar and bread with balanced meals 3 times a day. Her trainer, Chris Hillhouse says she is his strongest client. Way to go, Kay!
