Jill has been training at Personally Fit since 2017. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis, she started strength training more, changed her diet and was able to improve her bone density to osteopenia while gaining 5 lbs of lean tissue!
Over the past year, Jill has gone from walking 1.5 miles in a hour to walking 3 miles in 45 minutes, greatly improved her core strength and fitness levels.
