Mr. Jones has consistent attendance-he rarely misses a session. In less than a year, he’s lowered his body fat, lost 6 lbs., increased his overall strength and endurance, and shaved almost 4 minutes off of his mile run! Weight loss is not his primary goal, (but, he’s lost two pant sizes) rather strengthening his knees and hips. He reports improvement in both!
