Dana has been training with her trainer, Danielle Cargil for a while. In the past 2 months, she has really been getting after it, & has lost a little over 10 lbs., released 8 lbs. of fat, decreased her waist by 2 inches, & has increased her strength as well.

Dana is the ideal client to have because not only does she show up to her workouts with 100 % effort, she is also dedicated to getting in her cardio outside of the gym & eating better.
