Consistency is the key to success, and Michelle Holloway lives by it!

Michelle has been training at PF since 2011 and has never looked back.  Even with running her own business and taking care of her family, Michelle still finds time to come to her workouts, and she has seen tremendous progress.

When she started training with trainer Jake Kraus in June 2020, they had a game plan and they have stuck to it. Michelle’s results speak for themselves.

She is the lightest she’s ever been!  Michelle has dropped her body fat to 19% and has increased her muscle mass to 122 lbs. of lean weight.
