Consistency, consistency. Sam is the definition of it. He shows up for every session and never lets it go to waste. Sam has been training with Jake Kraus since 2021 and in that time has increased his strength, muscle mass and decreased his body fat (as well as his body fat percentage). In his last check in, he decreased his body fat by one pound, his body fat percentage by 0.5 and increased his muscle mass by almost 5 pounds.
