Heather began training at PF in January, 2020. Since then, she has not missed a training session!
One of her goals was to get back to or as close as possible to her athletic shape.
Since joining, Heather has gained 2.6 lbs. in lean muscle, and has decreased her body fat by 4.5%! She is very strict wtih her nutrition, and never has to be pushed-sometimes, according to her trainer, Jake Kraus, she has to be told to slow down!
