In two months’ time, Katie has lost 16 pounds, decreased her body fat percentage by 4%, doubled the amount of sit ups and push ups she can do, and has lost 12 pounds of fat!
Katie has worked hard and credits her success in having a trainer who knows what she needs personally and who provides consistency which helps her when she doesn’t have any motivation. Her advice to someone who is new to training is, “Stick with it for at least 60 days because you may not like it at first, but you will start enjoying it.”
