Since Julie began training at Personally Fit with trainer Eli Cook 14 months ago, she has lost 25+ lbs., and her body fat percentage is in the athletic range. Julie credits her success to following her trainer’s advice and working out 6 days a week.
Julie’s nutrition has also improved because she tracks her meals with an app.
Her favorite exercises include pull ups, squats, and the Ab Blaster. Her least favorite, is of course, BURPEES!
