Cathy started training in June 2021. Since then, she has been able to release 35 lbs. of fat and lose 4.6 inches in her navel and 4.5 inches in her waist!
Cathy is a very dedicated client and does whatever it takes to reach her goals.
When she is not working out with her trainer, Danielle Cargil, she walks 1.5-2 miles every day.
She has also been very consistent in turning in her food logs every week, and is on week 7 of an 8 week nutrition challenge, and has so far lost 15 lbs. with that!
