Jill Russell came to our trainer, Shelley Beaty, in January of this year. Jill has lost 10 lbs. and 1.2% body fat! Her main goal was to increase strength and lose body fat. Jill works very hard for Shelley in the gym and is working toward her goals outside the gym as well. Shelley is so proud of her. What she loves most is watching Jill’s self confidence increase as her body becomes stronger. Amazing job, Jill! Keep up the great work!
