Shannon Washburn

Shannon has been training at Personally Fit for 12 years and has always made 99% of her scheduled sessions.  She has hit her goal weight and body fat percentage goals and continues to maintain those.

She works out twice a week with trainer Lance Bynum and also  attends his boot camp class 3 days per week.

Lance credits Shannon’s success to her listening and applying the information she receives.
