When James started his exercise program in June 2020, he committed to following his trainer, Kevin Buchanek’s instructions so he could get the best results possible.  He completely changed how much and what he ate.  He performs 30-40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and he pushes himself in every workout.  As a result, James has lost 76 lbs., decreased his body fat from 29.5% to 21.9% and has shed 36 lbs. of fat!  His mobility has improved and his endurance has drastically changed.  He is able to wear clothes he has not worn in a long time, plus he has had to buy a new wardrobe.  When he started, he struggled to get off the floor.  Now he jumps off the floor!  James is the model client who is now stronger, happier, and healthier!
