Lynn has been training at PF since March 2022. For the past 6 months, Lynn has worked hard during her pregnancy to be the healthiest she can be.
Not only has she been consistently training 2 times per week with her trainer, Tracy Graham, she also does cardio on her own outside of the gym. She is diligent with her nutrition, & has decreased her body fat by 1.5% & significantly increased her lean muscle. Her main goal has always been to maintain & improve her health in order to have a great post pregnancy recovery.
