Julie has been a client at Personally Fit for almost 5 years. She recently reached her lowest percent body fat of 19.6%-a 14% drop! She has also lost 29 lbs.
She started working with trainer, Kevin Buchanek, two times per week and now sees him once a month while continuing to work out on her own throughout the rest of the month.
