Kenton Goodman

Kenton was 12 when he first started working out at Personally Fit. When you are that young & thin, your goals are not very ambitious.

Now at 28, his goals have changed. Get stronger…check. Improve muscle definition….check. Improve endurance….check. Over the years, Kenton moved away from eating healthy and performing cardio, causing weight gain & fatigue. He decided to do something about it. So he made goals to improve nutrition by stopping diet drinks, avoiding sugar and decreasing starchy carbs, increasing protein and gradually increasing his cardio from 10 minutes to 25 minutes, 3 to 4 times per week.

He has lost 27 pounds, dropped by 6% in body fat, dramatically increased his strength & now can see muscle definition.
