Dr. Rizqallah became a Personally Fit client in September, 2018. Since then, she has lost 32 pounds using The Rapid Results Nutrition Program and working with her trainer, Tracy Graham one time per week .
Tracy notes that Deloris has increased the amount of weight she is using for the deadlift, one arm row, and chest press exercises. She is also able to sustain two variations of the plank exercise longer than before!
