Kenton has worked out at Personally Fit for 10 years and has rarely missed a session. He has decreased his body fat by 15%. Kenton’s lean weight has improved by 59 pounds, and he has decreased his fat weight by 11 pounds. When he started, he could only perform modified push-ups and now he is doing 20+ full body push-ups at a time. Kenton could only hold a plank for a few seconds when he began working out and now he is holding a plank for 2+ minutes. He has increased his bench press by 35 pounds and improved his endurance by running on the treadmill. Although Kenton has been busy with school, he was till able to achieve these results by working hard and staying consistent with his workouts. A job well done, Kenton!
