Thomas Bufkin started training at Personally Fit on 2/24/22 & has rarely missed a session. He always comes in with a great attitude, & gives it his all. His goals were to get back into a workout routine, lose weight, and lean out-he’s getting closer to reaching his goals. Thomas has lost 9 lbs., lowered his body fat by 2.6%, and decreased his fat mass by 7.5 lbs.
Thomas is training with Jake Kraus 2 times per week and does cardio on the days he’s not in the gym.
