Ithza has been training at Personally Fit for 14 years. She has always been a very consistent exerciser and clean eater. Recently, she upped her game for her son’s upcoming wedding.
In 10 weeks she has released 10 lbs. and reached her lowest body composition in over 7 years!
She works with Chris Hill two times per week, attends the Tribe group fitness classes, and follows our nutrition plan.
