Kelly Collins

Kelly has been training at Personally Fit since November 2019 with her trainer, Tracy Graham.  Since then, she has decreased her body fat by 4%, gained 4.5 lbs. of muscle, and lost 5 lbs. of fat.

Tracy attributes Kelly’s success to her consistency.  Kelly rarely misses a workout and trains with Tracy three times per week.
