Grant Collins

In 9 weeks of working with his trainer, Tracy Graham, Grant has lost a total of 15.5 lbs. & has decreased his body fat by 3.2%.  He’s increased the number of push ups he can do from 4 to 18, and he’s able to hold a plank much longer.

Some positive changes Grant has noticed are that his pants fit better, and to quote Grant, “I am more handsome than before.”
