Jeanne has lost 25 lbs. and reduced her body fat by 13% since beginning her fitness journey with Personally Fit in December 2018.

Jeanne has doubled the amount of time she can hold a plank and was the most improved client in her trainer’s January Challenge.  She logs her foods every day and gets her steps in.
