Tyler started training at PF in June, 2022. Since then, he has lost over 20 lbs. & lowered his body fat to 14.3%!
Tyler trains 3 times a week with trainer, Jake Kraus and does cardio on the days he’s not in the gym.
Tyler works hard and ALWAYS has a smile on his face!
