Sammy has been training with Josh Streed since Oct. 1. Since then, he’s lost over 19 lbs. and 6.5% body fat!
Intense workouts followed by 30 minutes of cardio as well as a clean diet is what he did to achieve these results. He set his mind on a goal & is powering through to obtain it.
