Allen Lizza

Allen trains at Personally Fit 2 times a week and consistently does cardio outside of the gym on his own 3-4 times per week.  He has lost 15 lbs. and dropped 3.7% body fat.

Allen always gives 100% during his training sessions and is reaping the benefits of all  his hard work!

His trainers are Lance Bynum and Chris Hill.
