Cindy Carter

Cindy began at PF in January 2017.  Her goal was to gain muscle and strength.  She has worked hard, and her body shows it.  She started at 22.5% body fat and is currently at 19.4%.  You don’t have to look at her numbers to notice changes.  Cindy is strong.  She has muscle definition and gains.  She gives 110% every time she walks through the gym doors.
