Ava Martin

Ava started training at Personally Fit in April 2021.  Her goals were to get stronger, lose body fat, & clean up her eating habits.  She took the advice of her trainer, Jake Kraus, to heart.  She’s lowered her body fat 5%, lost 6 lbs. of fat, and gained 7.5 lbs. of lean tissue.  Ava has improved her flexibility & has more energy.  Now when playing softball, she can tell she has a more powerful swing!   Congratulations, Ava!
