Dr. Liu has been a client at Personally Fit since 2013. He does personal training two days per week, and cardio at least 3 times per week-often coming to the gym on his own.
At his February check in, his goal was weight loss. He realized that even though he works out with resistance training & cardio 5-7 days per week, without consistency in diet, he would not reach his goal. Since March, he has been consistently “cleaning up” his nutrition, and has lost a total of 8.5 pounds with a goal of losing more by May 13. His body fat has decreased as well.
“Dr. Liu is beyond consistent, always pushes himself, and comes in for his sessions ready to work with 100% intensity,” says his trainer, Leslie Listenbee.
