Les committed to change his lifestyle by joining PF in April, 2022. He trains with Tracy Graham twice a week. Les has taken Tracy’s/PF’s nutrition coaching to heart, & has changed his eating habits as well as committing several days a week to cardiovascular exercise. His personal training, nutrition, & cardio are the trifecta for improved health. Les has lost 16 lbs. & 4 inches!
