According to trainer Jamie Smith, Jason has lost 30 lbs., decreased his body fat by 4%, and has improved his blood pressure since becoming a client at Personally Fit!  His plank hold time has improved by 30 seconds and push ups have increased by 10.  Jason is always on time and ready to work. He always completes his food log and maintains good nutrition.  He always has a good attitude and works hard.
