Billie Kay works with her trainer, Tracy Graham two days per week. Since she began personal training, she has decreased her body fat by 3.2% and lost 4.5 lbs. of fat while gaining 4.5 lbs. of muscle! Billie Kay also attends Tribal Fitness Group class to supplement her training.
Billie Kay says,“I have worked out most of my adult life. I have been in numerous classes and facilities in Longview. Around 8 years ago I started at Personally Fit. I have enjoyed morning & evening Tribe classes as well as personal training. In November 2019, I started training with Tracy and I feel her personal attention and dedication have helped me turn the corner on a more healthy outlook and approach to fitness and healthy eating.”
