Jim has been exercising at PF for 18 years. Every goal he has set, he’s attained. Jim has increased his strength & endurance & decreased his body fat. He’s increased the number of push ups & sit ups he can do in a minute. And, at the age of 81, he can squat better than anyone in the gym. Jim has worked through a shoulder injury without missing a session. He also performs his morning routine of core & flexibility exercise everyday. Jim’s greatest accomplishment was hiking & biking in Utah with his son & grandsons just a few months ago.
