David has been working out at Personally Fit for 7 years.
During that time, David has increased his strength and seen the greatest improvement with bench press & leg curls. He has increased his weight 15 pounds on bench press & 20 pounds on leg curls. He is even seeing his progress on the golf course by driving the ball further. David has also increased his mobility and decreased his back tightness by stretching, especially before he plays golf.
When David first started, his endurance was low. Now he is adapting to new workouts quickly & pushes himself anytime he is on the elliptical or rower. David has achieved his goals by rarely missing a working & working at a high intensity each session.
