This month we recognize Ricia Hulsey as the January 2026 Client of the Month at Personally Fit.
Eight weeks ago, on top of her three days of weight training with me, she added yoga and more consistent cardio on her days off. She was already very active playing pickleball and working a busy schedule each day. With the recent changes in her routine, she has been able to lose 8 pounds, 3% body fat, and add 1.5 pounds of lean weight to her body in a short 8 weeks.
