Barely two months after total hip replacement surgery, Kathy knew she needed to take the next step to continue strengthening her hip by returning to Personally Fit by Chris Hill for help. Having been a client in the past and now being in a more serious health situation, she was confident that she would receive the specialized attention and accountability to ensure her goals would be reached with the help of William. Kathy started in December with 30 minute sessions, twice per week. She brings a cheerful attitude and “never quit” spirit to each workout session. Now with more strength and mobility in her lower body and more confidence in her fitness abilities, Kathy does more workouts on her own in addition to her weekly sessions that continue to improve her overall health and fitness. Congratulations Kathy on your success so far and we look forward to seeing your continued progress!
